Montessori Schoolhouse Elects New Board Members

The Montessori Schoolhouse of Cheshire County, located in downtown Keene on Washington Street, elected five new members to its Board of Directors this Fall. Ken McGee, Rebecca Davis Kelly, Jen Goguen McGrail, Lisa Minahan, and Kim Ioannou were voted onto the Board at the school’s Annual Meeting in September. The Montessori Schoolhouse is a non-profit school with a volunteer Board of Directors. The school serves children between the ages of 18 months and 6 years, providing developmentally appropriate Montessori-based toddler and preschool education. The Montessori classroom is a prepared environment where children learn the joy of discovering the world around them. Children learn at their own pace and build the foundation for a lifetime of creative learning. Both the toddler and preschool programs are enhanced with weekly music and dance/movement classes.
